2. Catch Words:
Not mentioned.

3. Summary:
The Court granted leave and heard counsel for both parties. The appeal concerns the same issue as the Court’s earlier judgment dated 09.02.2026 in C.A. Nos. 909‑910/2026, “The Deputy Commissioner and Special Land Acquisition Officer vs. M/s. S.V. Global Mill Limited”. The Court examined the reasons for the delay in filing the appeal before the High Court and found them satisfactory, noting that similar delays have been condoned in comparable cases. Consequently, the Court decided to set aside the impugned order in line with the earlier judgment. The impugned order is therefore set aside, and the appeal is allowed. Any pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

4. Conclusion:
Appeal Allowed
Judgment :-

1. Leave granted.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. The issue raised in the present appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 09.02.2026 in C.A. Nos. 909-910/2026, titled, 'The Deputy Commissioner and Special Land Acquisition Officer vs. M/s. S.V. Global Mill Limited'.

4. We have gone through the reasons attributed for the delay in filing the appeal before the High Court and are satisfied with the same. In fact, a higher period of delay in filing the appeal before the High Court has also been condoned by us in similar matters.

5. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to set aside the impugned order in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the appeal is allowed.

7. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
