1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not considering her online application No.2500140102 dated 15.10.2025 for pattadar pass book correction in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in Survey No.123/AA, situated at Adavirangapuram Village, Venkatapuram Mandal, Mulugu District, which is missing in the digital pattadar pass book issued to her, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
2. Heard Thota Venkatesham, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents; and perused the material on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.2-25 guntas in Survey No.123, situated at Advairanapuram Village, Venkatapur Mandal, Mulugu District. Originally, the husband of the petitioner purchased the land admeasuring Acs.3-00 guntas in Survey No.123, from Mr. Boddu Buchaiah S/o. Lingaiah and Mr. Boddu Laxmaiah S/o. Lingaiah R/o. Gurrampeta Village, under Sada Bainama dated 25.08.1994. That after survey of the land, it was found that the actual extent of the land of the husband of the petitioner is Acs.2-25 guntas. It is submitted that the husband of the petitioner owned the said land and after his demise in 1996, the petitioner succeeded the said land. Subsequently, the name of Mr. Marka Ramesh, the son of the petitioner, was mutated in the revenue records in respect of the land. That on consent given by Mr. Marka Ramesh, application was made for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book in respect of the land in favour of the petitioner. However, the petitioner was issued pattadar pass book No.T24180010405 with Khata No.606 only in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-05 guntas instead of Acs.2-25 guntas. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner submitted online application No.2500140102 dated 15.10.2025 for inclusion of the missing extent of the land admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in the pattadar pass book issued to the petitioner. So far, no action has been initiated, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.2 to 4 to consider the petitioner’s online application No.2500140102 dated 15.10.2025 for inclusion of the missing extent of the land admeasuring Ac.1-20 guntas in Survey No.123/AA situated at Adavirangapuram Village, Venkatapuram Mandal, Mulugu District, in the pattadar pass book issued to the petitioner, by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to all other concerned/interested persons, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, stand closed.
