1. In this writ petition, the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents No.2, 4, 5 and 6 in acting upon the petitioner’s representations dated 01.11.2025, 04.11.2025 and 06.11.2025 against the illegal construction of houses on petitioner’s land in Survey Nos.204 and 205, admeasuring Ac.5-26 gts., situated at Mokila Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
2. Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat are also heard.
3. Having regard to the fact that the representations of the petitioner in respect of the unauthorized constructions made on the petitioner’s land in Survey Nos.204 and 205, admeasuring Ac.5-26 gts., situated at Mokila Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District are dated 01.11.2025, 04.11.2025 and 06.11.2025, the respondents are under an obligation to look into the representations and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders thereon and take action thereon in accordance with law if there are any illegal or irregular constructions made, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under Section 114 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act. Needless to mention that all the concerned parties shall be given sufficient opportunity of hearing.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
