3. Summary:
The petitioner challenged the respondents’ refusal to consider a representation dated 24‑12‑2025 for conducting the “Sammakka Saralamma Jathara” in January 2026, alleging the action to be illegal and arbitrary. The Government Pleader for Endowments explained that there is no machinery to conduct the event despite multiple representations. Both parties consented to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage without examining merits. The court directed Respondent No. 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders by 23‑01‑2026, communicating the decision to the petitioner. No costs were awarded, and any ancillary miscellaneous petitions were ordered to stand closed.

4. Conclusion:
Petition Dismissed
Judgment :-

1. Heard Sri Sangireddy Ravinder Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bhukya Mangilal Naik, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2025 to proceed with the conduct of “Sammakka Saralamma Jathara” to be held from 28th January to 31st January, 2026 at Housing Board Colony, Bommakal Sivar, Karimnagar as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that the respondents are not inclined to conduct “Sammakka Saralamma Jathara” as there is no machinery for conducting the same, in spite of representation filed by the number of groups to the District Collector.

4. Learned Government Pleader for Endowments further submits that the respondents will consider the representation filed by the petitioner to the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department dated 24.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submissions made by the both sides, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 24.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on or before 23.01.2026 and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
