(Prayer: Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein,the High Court may be pleased toPleased to direct the Ld. Trial Court/II Additional District AND Sessions Judge's Court, Madanapalle to disposed off as expediently as possible by fixing time bound subject to discretion of this Hon'ble Court, against the LA.No.410/2024 among its terms of compromise filed on Dt.24.07.2024 in O.S.No. 19/2022 and to pass)

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of the I.A.No.410 of 2024 in O.S.No.19 of 2022 on the file of II Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge’s Court, Madanapalle, for which, the present revision is filed.

3. It is mentioned in the revision that the other respondent Nos.4 to 92 are not necessary parties. Now that the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of this revision petition with a liberty to pursue before the trial Court for early disposal of the I.A.No.410 of 2024 by filing appropriate application in accordance with law.

4. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 also expressed no objection.

5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, this C.R.P. is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to pursue the I.A.No.410 of 2024 in O.S.No.19 of 2022 before the trial Court for early disposal in accordance with law. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
