T. Madhavi Devi, J.
1. This appeal is filed seeking modification of the impugned order dated 24.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in W.P.No.10185 of 2026.
2. Heard Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants and Mr.Midde Arun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality for the respondents.
3. It is submitted that in the said order, there has been a direction to seal the premises to the extent of portions constructed unauthorisedly i.e., stilt, 6th floor and pent house. In this appeal, the appellants are seeking de-sealing of the premises in the stilt portion and permitting the purchasers to operate the premises or in the alternative to permit the purchasers to take away the material which is in the premises.
4. The learned Standing Counsel, however, opposed the said prayer.
5. Having considered the material on record, this Court is inclined to modify the interim order only to the extent of permitting the purchasers to take away the material in the stilt floor portion. The respondents shall de-seal the premises on stilt floor from 18.05.2026 to 23.05.2026 during which period, the appellants or purchasers shall take away their material and thereafter, the subject premises should be sealed again.
6. The writ appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
