1. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s application dated 07.10.2025 and the representation dated 18.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the patta which was ealier issued in favour of the 6th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition was ordered to be cancelled. Therefore, according to the petitioner, she is now entitled for issuance of patta for the very same property in her favour. She had submitted an application dated 07.10.2025 with the respondents 3 and 4 seeking for issuance of patta in her favour. Subsequently, a representation dated 18.12.2025 was also given by the petitioner to the respondents 3 and 4. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 6 to 8 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 6 to 8 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s application seeking for issuance of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 6 to 8 and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s application and representation.

5.
