1. These transfer petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking transfer of case bearing SC Nos.670 and 669 of 2025, both titled "Edelweiss India Special Situations Fund v. Verinder Kumar Chhabra & Anr." from the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class. 23rd Court at Esplanade, Mumbai to the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record.

3. Considering the facts of the case and the grounds on which transfer has been sought, we are not inclined to transfer these petitions.

4. The Transfer Petitions are accordingly dismissed.

5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
