1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering his F-line application No.DER022100605913 dated 16.02.2021 for conducting survey of his land admeasuring Acs.4-06 guntas in Survey No.1108 and Ac.0-34 guntas in Survey No.1099 situated at Shahbad Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

2. The petitioner claims to be the pattadar of the above-referred lands by virtue of pattadar passbook-cum-title deed bearing No.T05220204851. He submitted F-line application No. DER022100605913 dated 16.02.2021 for conducting survey of the said lands, but the same is not yet considered. As there is inordinate delay in disposal of the F-line application, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

3. Heard Mr. Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the material available on record.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that F-line application of the petitioner will be duly considered in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3-Mandal Revenue Officer/Tahsildar to consider the F-line application No. DER022100605913 dated 16.02.2021 of the petitioner for conducting survey of his land admeasuring Acs.4-06 guntas in Survey No.1108 and Ac.0-34 guntas in Survey No.1099 situated at Shahbad Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested persons and also by affording them an opportunity of being heard, within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is granted liberty to make an application through Bhu Bharati for correction of extent of land in his pattadar pass book and in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands, subject to outcome of survey pursuant to the F-line application No. DER022100605913 dated 16.02.2021. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
