Judgment :-

1. Leave granted.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Sessions Case No.55 of 2013 was pending in the Court of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada. On the application of the respondent(s) to transfer the said case to some other court in the same District, the case has been transferred to the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijaywada.

4. The aforesaid order of the High Court dated 09.12.2025 has been challenged in this appeal.

6. We have received the comments from VIII Additional District and Sessions Court, Vijayawada and we have perused the same. Upon perusal of the comments, as well as upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the aforesaid case need not remain in the District Vijayawada and it would be in the ends of justice that it may be transferred to some adjoining district.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we order for the transfer of the Sessions Case No.55 of 2013 from the Court of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada which has been ordered to be transferred to the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada to be transferred finally to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur, for expeditious disposal on merits in accordance with law.
