1. Mr. Bharat Bhushan, who joined the Board of the Company[Urban Improvement Co. Pvt. Ltd.] as the Chairman and Whole time Director in terms of a judicial order, is personally present in Court. He has made orally prayed for being relieved as the Chairman of the Company because of his old age.

2. A short application be filed by Mr. Bharat Bhushan seeking relief, as noted above, together with a copy of the order pursuant to which he was appointed as the Chairman of the Company by tomorrow, i.e., 25th March, 2026. Let such application be listed on 02nd April, 2026.

3. Since the Chairman was appointed by the Union of India, we have requested Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned Additional Solicitor General to render assistance to us.

4. We require the petitioner's advocate-on-record to share all documents with Ms. Bhati in course of tomorrow, online.

5. Ms. Bhati shall obtain instructions with regard to the likely appointment of one or two Government Officials as Whole Time Directors to dispose of the 70 unsold properties referred to by Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent no.2, in course of hearing.

6. Ms. Babita Verma, learned counsel appearing for the intervenors, submits that in defiance of the order of stay passed by this Court on 06th May, 2024, certain actions are being taken which amounts to contempt. An application has since been filed (being I.A. No.84730/2026) seeking initiation of contempt proceedings. List I.A. No.84730/2026 also on 02nd April, 2026.

7. Mr. Bharat Bhushan need not remain present on the next date provided he is represented by his counsel.

8. Interim order, passed earlier, shall continue till the next date of hearing.
