1. Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned senior advocate who had been appointed amicus curiae by this Court has passed away. We record our sincere appreciation for the assistance rendered by the learned amicus.

2. In view of the demise of Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned amicus, we appoint Mr. Gautam Narayan, learned senior counsel as the new amicus.

3. Advocate-on-Record for the respective parties shall furnish, online, all the papers pertaining to the miscellaneous application filed in the writ petition as well as all other connected matter within two weeks from date to Mr. Narayan.

4. Mr. Pitambar Acharya, learned Advocate General for the State of Odisha seeks some time to return better prepared.

5. Relist the miscellaneous applications on 21st April, 2026.

6. State of Odisha shall, however, file an affidavit complying with the order dated 10th December, 2025 in the meanwhile.

7. I.A.No.264258 of 2024 (application seeking clarification/direction) to be listed along with the miscellaneous applications on the next date.
