1. Post on 01.04.2026 so as to enable the learned counsel for the petitioners to implead the Irrigation Department. On the returnable date, the Irrigation Department shall file a report with regard to the grievances raised by the petitioners concerning the sea wall at Njarakkal and Nayarambalam.

2. Respondent Nos.4 and 5 shall also file affidavits in the meantime.
