1. With the consent of both the parties, both the Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard Sri Sudarshan Malugari, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for respondent Nos.1 and 3; and Sri K.Gopal, learned counsel representing Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for Margadarsi Chit Funds, for respondent No.2.

3. Though the Writ Petitions are filed seeking to quash the impugned notices-cum-conditional attachment orders dated 25.10.2025 passed by respondent No.1 in I.A. No.709 of 2025 in ABR.CF. No.HS203 of 2025 and I.A. No.704 of 2025 in ABR.CF.No.H5200 of 2025, at the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his relief and prayed this Court to permit the petitioner to file counter-affidavits in the aforesaid Interlocutory Applications and direct respondent No.1 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. Having regard to the above submission, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of, permitting the petitioner to file counter-affidavits in I.A. No.709 of 2025 in ABR.CF. No.HS203 of 2025 and I.A. No.704 of 2025 in ABR.CF.No.H5200 of 2025 within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such filing, respondent No.1 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one (1) month thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
