1. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.7 in issuing endorsement vide letter No.PV.No.00239 dated 26.02.2026, whereby F-line application No.DER022601260105 dated 19.02.2026 of the petitioner for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries of his land to an extent of Acs.16-36 guntas in Survey Nos.252/A and 253/AE situated at Maddur Village, Chinna Chintha Kunta Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, was rejected.

2. Heard Mr. Aditya Vemparala, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned endorsement is contrary to the law laid down by this Court in W.P.No.37496 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022, wherein same issue relating to conducting of survey and sub-division was considered.

4. W.P.No.37496 of 2022 was disposed of with the following directions:

               “(i) The respondent authorities are directed to take up the application submitted by the petitioners for conducting survey/demarcation/sub-division of the subject land in Survey No.650 to an extent of Ac.16-00 guntas and in Survey No.651 to an extent of Ac.1-13 guntas, situated at Gundlapochampally Village, Medchal Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District by taking into consideration the F-line application No.DER022200850985, dated 24.09.2022 submitted by the petitioner;

               (ii) In case, if respondent authorities are of the view that sub-division of survey numbers is required to be done and any further fees is required to be paid by the petitioner/s in terms of the circulars referred to above, the same shall be intimated to the petitioner/s and on receipt of such intimation from the respondent authorities, the petitioner/s shall pay such fees as may be required by the respondent authorities;

               (iii) On such payment of fees by the petitioner/s, the respondent authorities shall take further steps for taking up the survey as requested by the petitioner/s and conclude the same in accordance with law by putting all the concerned persons including the neighbours of the subject properties on notice; and

               (iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”

5. In the light of the above, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned endorsement vide letter No.PV.No.00239 dated 26.02.2026 issued by respondent No.7 is set aside. Respondent Nos.4 and 7 are directed to re-consider the F-line application No.DER022601260105 dated 19.02.2026 of the petitioner for conducting survey/demarcation/ sub-division of the subject land admeasuring Acs.16-36 guntas in Survey Nos.252/A and 253/AE situated at Maddur Village, Chinna Chintha Kunta Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioner and all the interested persons including the adjoining owners and affording them an opportunity of being heard and also by following the directions of this Court in W.P.No.37496 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022. This exercise shall be completed within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
