1. This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities in issuing Draft Variation vide Lr.No.3098/RDPs/Plg/ HMDA/2025/P for the proposed missing link road from Biragiguda to Narsingi (Shankerpalli-Hyderabad RD) and connecting to Manchirevula (Corfidor No.131) which was published in Telangana Gazette No.19-A dated 07.01.2026, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same.

Heard Sri P.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Raparthi Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in similar facts and circumstances, this Court vide order dated 24.02.2026 disposed of WP.No.5815 of 2026, granting liberty to the petitioners therein to submit fresh representation/objections to the subsequent Notification dated 07.01.2026 by putting forth all their objections within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and if such representation is made, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioners therein.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed to pass the similar order in the present writ petition.

5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 (HMDA) did not dispute the same.

6. Accordingly, recording the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 24.02.2026 passed by this Court in WP.No.5815 of 2026. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
