Common Order:

1. These Criminal Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C.’) by the petitioners, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.8317 of 2022, on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad and C.C.No.605 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet, respectively.

Heard Mr.G.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners in Criminal Petition No.4014 of 2023 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 in Criminal Petition No.12386 of 2025, Mr.Thirumal Rao Mamidala, learned counsel for the petitioners in Criminal petition No.12386 of 2025 and learned counsel for respondent No.2 in Criminal Petition No.4014 of 2023 and Mr.V.Jithender Rao, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State in both the criminal petitions.

During the pendency of these criminal petitions, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties i.e. the petitioners and respondent No.2 in Crl.P.Nos.4014 of 2023, have filed I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 and the petitioners and respondent No. 2 in Crl.P.No.12386 of 2025 have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise entered between them.

This Court vide order, dated 02.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 09.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 09.12.2025, stating that the petitioners, and respondent No.2 in both the Criminal Petitions were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that all the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.4014 of 2023 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C. No.8317 of 2022, on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, at Hyderabad are hereby quashed. Further I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.12386 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.605 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Siddipet, are hereby quashed.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners in each criminal petition, within a period of one week.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
