(Prayer: Review Application filed under Order 47 Rule 1 and 2 r/w Section 114 of CPC to set aside the order passed in W.P. (MD) No.2349 of 2022 dated 15.03.2022 and allow this Review Application.)

1. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the applicants would submit that subsequent to the passing of the order, which is the subject matter of this review application, the proposal to recognise the Panchayat Union Middle School as a plain area school instead of hill area school has been accepted and the same has also been implemented on 06.05.2023 by the proceedings of the District (Elementary) Educational Officer, Theni.

2. In view of the same, since the order, which is the subject matter of this writ petition having been implemented, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the applicants seeks for closure of this review application. After recording the aforesaid fact, this review application is closed.
