(Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issuea writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orderpassed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Kurippanai No.02/Akkiramippu/2026/U dated 19.01.2026 and quash the same as illegal.)

1. The final notice, dated 19.01.2026, issued by the second respondent, to the petitioner, for removal of the encroachment made by him in the State Highways Road, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that only after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and pursuant to the orders passedby this Court, dated 08.08.2025 in W.P.(MD) No.27100 of 2025, steps havebeen taken to remove the encroachment made by the petitioner in the StateHighways Road and there is no violation of law and the principles of naturaljustice.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
