Head Note :-
(Full Bench)

Judgment :-

1. In view of the repeated orders passed by this Court from time to time, relegating the aspirants/candidates as well as the other stakeholders in the ensuing State Bar Council Elections, to approach the High-Powered Supervisory Committed headed by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia, a former Judge of this Court, we see no reason to entertain these Writ Petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed.

2. The petitioner(s) are at liberty to approach the Prescribed Authority.

3. As a sequel to the above, the pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of.
