1. This writ petition is filed by the petitioners challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in interfering in their possession over plot No.1271, bearing House Nos.1271, 1271/1, 1271/2 and 1271/3, total admeasuring 2191 square yards in Survey No.90, situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Mr. R. Sameer Ahmed, learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA appearing for respondent No.4, submitted that a complaint dated 08.12.2025 was lodged by M/s. Raja Rajeswari Nagar Residents Welfare Association alleging that the land admeasuring 2181 square yards bearing Plot No.1271 in Survey Nos.78 to 93 of Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, has been earmarked for community hall in the layout of the colony and it is being used for commercial purposes and presently Hyundai Motor Service Centre is being run; and, on such complaint action is being initiated.

The claim of the petitioners is that they have purchased the subject property under the registered sale deeds bearing document Nos.1391, 1392, 1393 and 1394 of 2012 dated 03.02.2012 from its previous owner M/s. DHV Projects Private Limited who have purchased the same from one Mr. Chintala Padma Rao, through its General Power of Attorney Holder M/s. KMR Estates and Builders Private Limited under the registered sale deed bearing document No.14300/2007 dated 30.10.2007
4. The learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA furnished a copy of the Gram Panchayat Layout and representation of the Raja Rajeswari Residents Welfare Association dated 08.12.2025. According to the learned Standing Counsel, the Gram Panchayat Layout clearly shows that the land being claimed by the petitioners is earmarked for community hall.
5. The learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA submitted that petitioner will be issued proper notice if any action is initiated in respect of the subject property.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself, directing respondent No.4 - HYDRAA not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject property i.e., plot No.1271, bearing House Nos.1271, 1271/1, 1271/2 and 1271/3, totally admeasuring 2191 square yards in Survey No.90, situated at Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without following due process of law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
