1. The writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey and demarcate the land in Sy.No.158, Narsannapet Village, Markook Mandal, Siddipet District, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2025.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. Order dated 11.02.2026 has been passed by this Court directing the petitioner to submit F-Line application and in compliance of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner furnished copy of F-Line application bearing No.DER022601258581 dated 16.02.2026.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any documents to show ownership over the subject land, as such, survey cannot be done.

5. However, without going into the merits of the case, as the application of the petitioner is registered as F-Line application bearing No.DER022601258581 dated 16.02.2026, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the same, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested persons and pass orders within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
