1. Heard Mr. G. Rajeshwar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
2. The petitioner claims to be owner of the land admeasuring Ac.1-00 guntas in Survey situated at Jammichedu Village, Gadwal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, on the strength of Bhu Bharati extract under Ex.P3. Survey Notice in File No.B/14/2026 was issued by respondent No.3 on 02.01.2026 directing the petitioner to attend survey in connection with land admeasuring Acs.09-33 guntas in Survey No.114 of Jammichedu Village. The petitioner personally appeared in the office of respondent No.3 and submitted all relevant documents and survey was deferred to 02.02.2026. Further, due to some reasons survey was not conducted on 02.02.2026. The petitioner submitted oral objections requesting respondent No.3 not to conduct survey. Grievance of the petitioner is that without considering his objections, respondent No.3 is proceeding with the survey. Thus, action of respondent No.3 is in violation of principles of natural justice.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any written objections to the survey notice. If written objections are submitted, the same will be considered by respondent No.3 in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit written objections to the survey notice in File No.B/14/2026 dated 02.01.2026 within a period of two (2) days from today. As and when such objections are submitted respondent No.3 shall consider the same, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
