1. Heard Mr. B. Muralidhar, learned counsel, representing Mrs. G. Rajeshwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mr. L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents.
2. Petitioners claim to have purchased the land admeasuring Acs.3-07 guntas in Survey No.20 situated at Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, under registered sale deed bearing document No.36 of 1986 dated 02.01.1986. Subsequently, they sold an extent of Ac.1-00 guntas to Mr. Nayani Malla Reddy and Mrs. Nayani Aruna under registered sale deed bearing document No.565 of 1999 dated 10.02.1999, and the remaining extent of Acs.2-07 guntas is in possession of the petitioners. The name of the petitioners was recorded in revenue records and they were also issued pattadar passbooks with equal shares consisting of Acs.1-02 guntas each in Survey Nos.20/E1 and 20/E2 respectively.
3. It is stated that Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases are pending against Mr. Sanjay Agarwal of M/s. Ghan Shyam Das Gems and Jewels who is involved in criminal cases and his properties in Survey No.20/2 have been attached and included in the prohibitory properties list. Grievance of the petitioners is that since the land of the petitioners is in Survey No.20, ED attachment is mistakenly shown for entire land in Survey No.20 and sub-divisions.
4. Learned counsel further submitted that Debt Recovery Tribunal Case in O.A. No.457 of 2011 was filed by the State Bank of India against M/s. Ghan Shyam Das Gems and Jewels, wherein, interim attachment order was passed attaching the land of M/s. Ghan Shyam Das Gems and Jewels admeasuring Ac.0-31 guntas in Survey No.20/2 of Tellapur Village. However, instead of including the above land in prohibitory properties list, respondent authorities have included the entire land in Survey No.20 in prohibitory properties list. The petitioners submitted online applications bearing Nos.2500018677 and 2500018678 respectively dated 26.09.2025 for deletion of their respective lands from prohibitory properties list. As there is inordinate delay on the part of respondent authorities in processing the applications, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that respondent No.2 will consider the online applications of the petitioners and pass orders in accordance with law.
6. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to consider the online applications of the petitioners bearing Nos.2500018677 and 2500018678 respectively dated 26.09.2025 for deletion of the land admeasuring Acs.1-02 guntas each in Survey Nos.20/E1 and 20/E2 respectively situated at Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, from the prohibitory properties list, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by issuing notice to the petitioners, and all concerned/interested persons, by affording opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
