1. Heard Sri C.Sai Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are questioning the action of the respondents herein in not preparing state wide common integrated seniority list of superintendents working in the State including the superintendents of head office and TSYP for purpose of appointment by transfer (promotion) to the posts Administrative Officers, Accounts Officers, Lay Secretary and Treasurer Gr.II in terms of Special Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.70, Health Medical and Family Welfare (I.2) Department, dated 14.03.2005 on the similar lines as was done earlier based on the state wide final integrated seniority lists of superintendents in Memo No.3630/A1/2017, dated 14.02.2018 and Memo No.8752/A1/2018-10 dated 11.10.2019 as illegal and arbitrary and requested to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representations (appeal) dated 15.10.2025 of the petitioners in terms of Special Rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.70, Health Medical and Family Welfare (I.2) Department, dated 14.03.2005 on the similar lines as was done earlier before affecting appointment by transfer (Promotions) to the post of Administrative Officers and Accounts Officer.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the respondents will consider the representations filed by the petitioners dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the both sides, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioners dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
