1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G. Madhusudhan Reddy, learned standing counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (for short “GHMC”) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not disposing petitioner application bearing No.E3000082284 dated 30.12.2016 placed for Land regularization for the Plot No.277/A, 183, 184/P situated at Alwal Mandal, GHMC Circle, Medchal-Malkajgiri District pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.278, MA dated 02.12.2016 as being arbitrary, uncalled, unguided.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was adjourned for getting instructions.

4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for GHMC would submit that to the extent of the application of the petitioner dated 30.12.2016 pending before the respondent corporation, appropriate orders would be passed. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to comply to any of the short falls, if any, identified by respondent corporation.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would comply to the short falls, if any, raised by the respondent corporation for approval of the application of the petitioner dated 30.12.2016.

6. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with consent directing the respondent corporation to expedite the disposal of the application of the petitioner dated 30.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law strictly within a period of (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of with consent.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
