1. Learned Advocate General for the State of Odisha submits that counter affidavits have been filed dealing with I.A.No.82319/2025, I.A. No.167870/2024, I.A. No.102100/ 2025 in M.A.No.18 of 2025 & I.A. No.36466/2025 in M.A. No.292 of 2025.

2. He also submits that the counter affidavit dealing with I.A. No.147147/2018 in M.A.No.18 of 2025 shall be filed by tomorrow.

3. The applicants shall be at liberty to file rejoinder affidavits within two weeks thereafter.
