1. This Court vide judgment dated 04.12.2025 dismissed the Civil Appeal Nos. 14565-14566 of 2025 filed by the appellant herein.

2. By these Miscellaneous Applications filed by the original respondent - Morgan Securities and Credits Private Limited, the respondent has prayed for the following reliefs:-

                   "a. Rectify the errors in the judgment and order in Civil Appeal Nos. 14565-14566 of 2025 arising out of Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 32849-32850 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025 as mentioned in para 4 of this application and /or

                   b. Pass such other order as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. In paras 4 and 5 of the application(s), the following inadvertent errors which need correction are set out:-

                   "4. That the inadvertent errors requiring correction are set out hereinbelow:

                   (i) Paragraph 3: the date "18.11.2024" appearing in the second line may be corrected to "19.07.2024", and the following sentence be inserted at the end of the paragraph: "and also the order dated 18.11.2024 whereby the Appellant's Review Petition No. 309 of 2024 against the judgment dated 19.07.2024 was dismissed."

                   (ii) Paragraph 43: the date "27.12.2022" may be corrected to "27.12.2002"; the date of the Bill Discounting Facility mentioned therein may also be corrected from "27.12.2022" to "27.12.2002".

                   (iii) Paragraph 44: the date "11.06.2023" may be corrected to "11.06.2003"; the date of the Bill Discounting Facility mentioned therein may also be corrected from "11.06.2023" to "11.06.2003".

                   (iv) Paragraph 45: the dates "27.12.2022" and "11.06.2023" appearing in the second line may be corrected to "27.12.2002" and "11.06.2003" respectively.

                   5. In view of the facts stated hereinabove, it is submitted that this Hon'ble Court may correct the inadvertent typographical errors that have arisen in the judgment dated 04.12.2025."

4. Having gone through the materials on record, we are of the opinion that the inadvertent errors as pointed above need to be corrected in the main judgment dated 04.12.2025. It is ordered thus:-

                   (i) Paragraph 3: The date "18.11.2024" appearing in the second line be corrected to "19.07.2024", and the following sentence be inserted at the end of the paragraph:

                   "and also the order dated 18.11.2024 whereby the Appellant's Review Petition No. 309 of 2024 against the judgment dated 19.07.2024 was dismissed."

                   (ii) Paragraph 43: The date "27.12.2022" be corrected to "27.12.2002"; the date of the Bill Discounting Facility mentioned therein be corrected from "27.12.2022" to "27.12.2002".

                   (iii) Paragraph 44: The date "11.06.2023" be corrected to "11.06.2003"; the date of the Bill Discounting Facility mentioned therein be corrected from "11.06.2023" to "11.06.2003".

                   (iv) Paragraph 45: The dates "27.12.2022" and "11.06.2023" appearing in the second line be corrected to "27.12.2002" and "11.06.2003" respectively.

5. In view of the above, the main judgment dated 04.12.2025 stands corrected to the above extent.

6. Interlocutory Application and Miscellaneous Application are disposed of accordingly.
