1. This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the private respondents 3 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with.
3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 20.11.2025. However, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of filing the above writ petition.
5. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
