In Chamber
1. The Appellant has filed Review Application Nos. 1 and 2 of 2026 along with I.A. Nos. 203 and 207 of 2026 seeking condonation of delay in filing the Review Applications against the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by this Commission in First Appeal Nos. 643 and 642 of 2017, whereby the said First Appeals were dismissed on the ground that the Complainant, having disposed of the subject goods during the pendency of the proceedings, ceased to qualify as a "consumer" under the provisions of the Act.
2. I have carefully perused the impugned order dated 26.11.2024, the Review Applications, as well as the accompanying Interim Applications.
3. I.A. Nos. 203 and 207 of 2026, filed for condonation of delay in filing Review Application Nos. 1 and 2 of 2026 respectively, are allowed for the reasons stated therein.
4. Upon consideration of Review Application Nos. 1 and 2 of 2026 on merits, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference with the order dated 26.11.2024. Consequently, Review Application Nos. 1 and 2 of 2026 are dismissed.
