No. 3461/ 2023 / Odated 28.07.2025 and further direct the respondnets 4to 6 to enter the Governemnt records in S. No 38/1, New Natham S. No 38/19.)
WMP. No.56673 of 2025 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 4 to 6 to issue patta in favour of the petitioners for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
3. The petitioners claim that they are the owners of the aforementioned property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and they are in possession of the same. They have also filed the recommendation proceedings issued by the third respondent along with this writ petition recommending the Tahsildar for issuance of patta in their favour. According to the petitioners, despite the said recommendation, till date, patta has not been issued by the fourth respondent.
4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation seeking for issuance of patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, based on the proceedings dated 28.07.2025 passed by the third respondent for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioners within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation seeking for issuance of patta.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the proceedings dated 28.07.2025 passed by the third respondent for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioners, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
