Judgment :-

1. The petitioner has already been posted now pursuant to the settlement before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner and the respondents accept the aforesaid fact.

3. Learned counsel representing the respondents also hands over a copy of a Resolution as contained in Memo dated 15.12.2025, by which the period from 01.09.2008 to 06.12.2023, during which the petitioner served as Tutor at RIMS, has been regularized.

4. The documents handed over to this Court by the respondents, are kept on record.

5. This writ petition was filed by the petitioner praying therein to post the petitioner at an appropriate place.

6. Since the petitioner has already been posted, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

7. If the petitioner has got any other grievance, it will be to her to approach the appropriate Forum.

8. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Pending interlocutory application being I.A. No.15902 of 2025, also stands disposed of.
