Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the respondent 2 and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14-09-2025 in relating to the land bearing Survey No. 13, admeasuring 0.33 cents extent of 1.00 acre at Avilala Gram Panchayat, Tirupathi mandal Chittor Dist pending disposal of this writ petition before this Hon’ble court and pass)
1. This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 2 in refusing to receive and register the petitioners document pertaining to the land bearing Survey No. 13, admeasuring Ac. 1.00 cents, situated at Avilala Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, and contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908, and also violative of the orders passed by this Honble Court in W.P. No. 28708 of 2013 and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to consider and act upon the petitioners representation dated 14.09.2025 in respect of the schedule property, in compliance with the orders in W.P.No. 28708 of 2013 ….”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

The present Writ Petition is filed, aggrieved by the action of respondent No. 2 in refusing to receive the document presented by the petitioners for the registration of their land situated in Avilala Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District which action is illegal, arbitrary, and in contravention of the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908.
4. During hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 06.03.2014 in W.P. No. 1339 of 2014 and Batch.
5. Learned Government Pleader did not oppose the said submission.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions and in the light of the above order of this Court, the respondent No.2 is directed to receive and process the document presented by the petitioners pertaining to the subject property, if it is otherwise in compliance of the provisions of the Indian Registration Act, 1908. If the respondent No.2 refuses to register, they have to pass reasoned order as mandated under Section 71 of the Indian Registration Act, so as to enable the petitioners to prefer an appeal under Section 72 of the Indian Registration Act.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
