Oral Order:

1. In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

                  a)       Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2025 vide Annexures-B and C so as to enable the petitioner to pursue her further studies in B.D.S. course pursuing in 3rd respondent college by accepting the necessary fees towards the said purpose.

                  b)       Issue any such orders as this Honourable Court deems fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representations at 'Annexures - B and C' submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by respondents No.1 and 2 even till today and as such petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition.

3. Per contra, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 shall consider and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders on the representations at 'Annexures - B and C' submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and submissions made by both sides, I deem it just and appropriate to direct respondents No.1 and 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders by addressing the grievances of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today.

5. Subject to the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
