Judgment :-

Act 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR) Madurai for bail in Cr.M.P.No.321 of 2025, dated 31.10.2025 and to set aside the same and to enlarge the appellant on bail in Crime No.113 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.)

1. The Criminal Appeal is directed against the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.321 of 2025, dated 31.10.2025, on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR) Madurai, dismissing the bail application filed under Section 483 of BNSS.

2. In pursuance of notice issued, the third respondent's father Muniyandi, appeared in person.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the appellant and the other accused/A1, A3, A7 and A8 were detained under Goondas Act vide order, dated 24.08.2025.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. Recording the same, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
