Common Order
1. Heard Sri Valluru Chetan Susheel, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner is a private unaided Engineering College. The petitioner is seeking Reimbursement of Tuition Fee (RTF) for the academic years 2018-19 to 2020-21 in respect of students admitted to the Engineering course.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23625 of 2025 dated 05-03-2026 and the order passed in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07-2026, prays for passing of the similar order.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioners requires verification with reference to the ‘Janmabhumi’ Portal and the existing G.Os.

Having regard to the contentions advanced, placing reliance on the decision rendered by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.No.23625 of 2025 dated 05-03-2026 and the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19409 of 2026 dated 17-07-2026, the Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents to verify the claim of the petitioners with reference to the ‘Janmabhumi’ portal, after such verification, the amounts due to the petitioner shall be remitted within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
