1. The Complainant, Madukar Nicodemus, has filed Review Application No. 141 of 2026 seeking review of the Order dated 26.12.2025 passed by this Commission in Consumer Complaint No. 1556 of 2018 (Madukar Nicodemus Vs. Emaar MGF Land Ltd. & Ors.), whereby the said complaint was disposed of.

2. We have carefully perused the Order dated 26.12.2025 as well as the Review Application.

3. Upon consideration of Review Application No. 141 of 2026 on merits, we find no error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference with the Order dated 26.12.2025. Accordingly, Review Application No. 141 of 2026 stands dismissed.
