1. Heard Ms. Hasna Jabil, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. O.A. Nuriya, learned Senior Government Pleader.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent events, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
