Oral Order
The petitioners and the respondent along with their respective counsel are present before the Court.
The respective parties have filed a joint memo stating that the petitioner and the respondent have agreed to settle the dispute. Accordingly, petitioner/accused has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.3,12,500/- to the respondent as full and final settlement. Out of the settlement amount, Rs.1,67,500/- is in deposit before the Trial Court. For the balance amount of Rs.1,45,000/-; the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.75,000/- by way of DD on or before 20.08.2026 and an amount of Rs.70,000/- to be paid on or before 20.10.2026 by way of DD to the respondent.
The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount in deposit before the Trial Court by the respondent.
If the petitioner fails to adhere to the terms of this joint memo, the respondent is permitted to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law as per the judgment of the Trial Court.
The petitioner is directed to pay the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- as ordered by the Trial Court within two weeks from today and produce the receipt for having paid the said fine amount before the registry within a week thereafter.

For the balance amount of Rs.1,45,000/-; today, the petitioner has paid the amount Rs.75,000/- by way of DD before the Court and the same is acknowledged by the respondent and for an amount of Rs.70,000/-, the petitioner agreed to pay the same on or before 20.09.2026 by way of DD to the respondent.
The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount in deposit before the Trial Court by the respondent.
If the petitioner fails to adhere to the terms of this joint memo, the respondent is permitted to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law as per the judgment of the Trial Court.
The petitioner is directed to pay the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- as ordered by the Trial Court within two weeks from today and produce the receipt for having paid the said fine amount before the registry within a week thereafter.
If petitioner fails to deposit the said fine amount in both the cases, list the matters before the Court on 20.08.2026.
