1. Sri CH. Suresh Babu, the learned Legal Aid Counsel for the Respondent No.1 submits that F.C.O.P.No.1021 of 2017, itself was dismissed as not pressed on 19.04.2022. Even as per the e-Courts status information reveals the same.

2. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
