1. Heard learned counsel of both sides.

By this petition, the petitioner has sought for transfer of the case bearing No. Misc.03 of 2026, pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khowai, Khowai Tripura, filed under Section 146 of BNSS for enhancement of the quantum of maintenance as was awarded on 07.07.2025 in Criminal Misc.09 of 2024, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Khowai awarded monthly maintenance of Rs.12,500/-.

3. Learned counsel of the Opposite Party, Mr. R. Paul submits that he has no objection if the case is withdrawn and transferred to any Court at Agartala as both the parties are now residing at Agartala along with their child to pursue her studies.

4. Considered the submissions.

5. The case bearing No.Criminal Misc.03/2026, pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Khowai, Khowai Tripura is withdrawn and is transferred to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala, West Tripura for disposal according to law.

6. The record of the said case will be sent by learned Judge, Family Court, Khowai immediately on receipt of a copy of this order after complying necessary formalities.

7. Learned Judge, Family Court, Khowai shall also remit the record of Criminal Misc. 09/2024 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Agartala if any requisition for that purpose is made by the said Court on any occasion.

8. With such direction, the instant case is disposed of.

9. Communicate a copy of this order to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, both at Khowai and Agartala.
