Judgment :-

1. The Criminal Petition has been filed under Sections 480 (1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity „the BNSS‟), seeking to relax the condition in CrI.M.P.No.42/2025 dated 04.02.2026 by deleting “the Petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M, mark his attendance, until his presence before the Sessions Court.”

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

3. The condition imposed by the learned Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.42 of 2025 dated 04.02.2026 with regard to the appear before the Station House Officer, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday between 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M is relaxed. The Petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati on every Saturday in between 10:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M until filing of the charge sheet.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
