The learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is a fair possibility of settlement in the matter. Accordingly, the matter is referred for mediation. The parties shall appear before the Kerala High Court Mediation Centre on 05.08.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Upon such appearance, the Nodal Officer shall appoint a Mediator, who shall commence the mediation proceedings on the same day itself.
