1. Instant Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents particularly the 3rd Respondent and 4th Respondent in interfering in civil disputes between private persons, calling the Petitioners to Police Station and trying to disposes the Petitioners from their lands in Kancheru Village of Bhogapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District to an extent of Acres.6.55 Cents in Sy.No.270-1, to an extent of Acres. 1.97 Cents in Sy.No. 271-1 and to an extent of Acres 1.61 Cents in Sy.No.271-3, Total extent Acres.10.13 Cents as illegal arbitrary and violative of article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent and 4th Respondent not to interfere in civil disputes between private persons, not to call the Petitioners to Police Station and not to disposes the Petitioners from subject lands and pass such other order or orders …”.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader reported no objection for the same.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
