(Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the cases of the petitioners for absorption / regularization of weir services and issuing the notification No.8 of 2021, Dt.24.09.2021, for the recruitment to the post of Medical Officer (AYURVEDA) in AYUSH Department, without according tVe benefit of concessions like weightage of marks, age relaxation etc., to the petitioners, who are working as Medical Officers on contract basis as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further declare that the Petitioners are entitled for the benefit of regularization of their services as Medical Officers (AYURVEDA) and pass such other order or orders.)

1. The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:

               “to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the cases of the petitioners for absorption/ regularization of their services and issuing the notification No.8 of 2021, Dt.24.09.2021, for the recruitment to the post of Medical Officer (AYURVEDA) in AYUSH Department, without according the benefit of concessions like weightage of marks, age relaxation etc., to the petitioners, who are working as Medical Officers on contract basis as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and further declare that the Petitioners are entitled for the benefit of regularization of their services as Medical Officers (AYURVEDA) and pass such other order or orders”

2. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 stated that the relief in the present Writ Petition is covered by order dated 28.03.2024 in W.P. No.22958 of 2021 and batch and requested to pass the similar orders.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also not refuted the request of the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Hence, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.03.2024 in W.P. No.22958 of 2021 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs. Office is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 28.03.2024, in W.P. No.22958 of 2021 along with this order.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
