2. Mr. Vishal Kanade, learned advocate for the respondent submits that these appeals were dismissed for non-prosecution. After restoration also, appellant has taken about 8 adjournments.

3. We have perused the orders passed on previous dates. Learned advocate for the appellants has been taking time on the ground that the senior advocate is not available. Such submission cannot be countenanced.

4. Hence, the following :

ORDER

                          i. Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution.
