(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 3rd and 4th to consider petitioner application in Application dated 02.02.2026 No.2026/0123/32/000296 and conduct DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System) Survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property comprised in Survey No.427/1B of Nelali Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tiruppur District with adequate police protection, within a time frame as be fixed by this Honble Court)
1. This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 02.02.2026.
2. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the 5th respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an application dated 02.02.2026 before the respondents 1 to 4, requesting them to survey and demarcate the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents till date. Hence, this petition.
5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 4 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 02.02.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondents for conducting survey and laying boundary stones at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the title/possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court.
9. If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the official respondents are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the 5th respondent. In such case, the 5th respondent shall provide all necessary protection to the official respondents till the completion of survey at the subject land.
10. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
