When this contempt case came up for consideration, this Court directed the Government Pleader to get instructions and posted the case to this day. This Court specifically stated that, if the directions are not complied, this Court will be forced to order appearance. Even now, the directions are not complied with. Therefore, the respondent is directed to appear before this Court in person or through video conference on 29.05.2026.
