1. This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:
“…to issue an order direction writ more particularly Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering with the agricultural and harvesting activities of the petitioners in respect of the petitioners in Sy.No.113714 115 116 situated at Gattumalla village laxmidevipalle Mandal Bhadradri Kothagudem District as illegal improper unjust arbitrary without issuing any notice without jurisdiction and in violation of principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 21 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent no 3 not to interfere with the petitioners lands more particularly the agricultural and harvesting activities of the petitioners forthwith and pass and pass…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No.3 has been interfering with the agricultural and harvesting operations of the petitioner and also preventing the transportation of the agricultural produce for sale.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that Police are not interfering with the agricultural and harvesting operations of the petitioner nor preventing the transportation of agricultural produce. However, upon receipt of a complaint on Dial 100, Police officials have visited the subject property and the same is sought to be portrayed as interference by the petitioner herein.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that repeated writ petitions are filed by the petitioner alleging interference by Government officials, including the Revenue and Police Departments, with incorrect and untenable assertions and cannot be countenanced.
6. Both the learned Assistant Government Pleaders for Home and Revenue sought dismissal of the writ petition on the ground of abuse of process.
7. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted that a notice regarding the survey of neighbouring property was served on petitioner on 11.05.2026. He further submits that the survey is scheduled on 16.05.2026.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that officials are not interfering with the land of the petitioner or with the agricultural operations being carried on by him and that they are conducting a survey in the neighbouring land pursuant to an application made by the neighbouring land owner.

Placing on record the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the police officials are not interfering with the agricultural and harvesting operations or activities or with the transportation of the agricultural produce of the petitioner, the Police officials are directed not to interfere with the agricultural and harvesting operations and prevention of transportation of agricultural produce of the petitioner’s property.
10. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
