1. I.A. No.5429 of 2023 has been filed in M.A. No.194 of 2023 for condonation of delay of 49 days.
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in another two tagged matters, i.e. M.A. No.192 of 2023 and M.A. No. of 2023, the delay has already been condoned.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents have got no serious objection if the delay is condoned.
4. In view of above, the delay as pointed by the office in filing the said M.A is, hereby, condoned. The instant I.A is disposed of.
5. In another three tagged matters, further I.As have been filed for condonation of delay being I.A. No.3034 of 2024 in MA No.84 of 2024, I.A. No.3033 of 2024 in MA No.85 of 2024 and I.A No.3035 of 2024 in MA No.86 of 2024.
6. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, the learned counsel for the appellants in these appeals submits that delay has occurred of 315 days in all these appeals. He next submits that the delay has occurred as it has come belatedly to the knowledge of the appellants that Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) has filed the batch of appeals and in view of that, the appeals have been preferred by the appellants herein.
7. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 have got no serious objection for the same.
8. Learned counsel for the respondent no.4 submits that in place of filing of the Cross Objection, the appeal has been filed and that too, after the delay of 315 days, and in view of that, the delay may not be condoned.
9. Considering that matters arising out of the said judgment against which, all the appeals have been preferred and, in the appeals, preferred by the JSCA, the delay has already been condoned and arising out of said judgment only, other appeals on behalf of the Contractor has been preferred and the reason has been disclosed that after knowing the fact that the appeal has been preferred by the JSCA, the appeal has been preferred and in that view of the matter, the delay of 315 days is hereby condoned.
10. Consequently, the aforesaid I.As filed in the aforesaid MAs are allowed and disposed.
11. Let these appeals appear on 07.05.2026.
